As a medical practitioner, I spent over a decade working in the Orthopaedic Departments of major public hospitals across Western Australia, Victoria & New South Wales. During that time, I witnessed firsthand how fragmented and difficult it was for patients injured at work to access timely, coordinated care. The system was disorganised, slow, and left many individuals to navigate their recovery alone.
When we founded Premier Health, I knew that we could do it better. Our vision has always been about more than improving clinical outcomes—it’s about redefining the entire patient journey. We are dedicated to creating a streamlined, compassionate, and responsive pathway that supports injured workers from their very first appointment through to full recovery, helping them return to safe, meaningful work and thrive beyond their injury.
